Seattle has tons of food and restaurants showing off cuisines from all over the world. This list of all the countries in the world is matched up with the restaurant in Seattle (or the greater Seattle area) that serves their cuisine. I by no means think this is a complete list–first of all most of it was done off the top of my head, second of all, it is constantly changing as restaurants open and close. But it is a start and I hope that my readers will chime in with additions, changes and corrections. I used an old Chowhound post to fill in some gaps in my own knowledge so there are about three or for places on here that I’ve never even heard of, which makes me nervous. I’ll try to get to all of them!
Please enjoy this list and use it to help you in your quest for new and delicious foods!

Thanks for taking this project on; it’s a topic of great interest to me.
I have seen a deli and adjacent bakery off of 156th in Belleuve at least one of which I think is referred to as “Taste of Armenia”; language barriers and time constraints have limited my ability to understand what is on offer there of Armenian origin. In similar fashion there are a handful of “European” delis in Bellevue that cater to the former Soviet republic set, but difficult to know what is Ukranian vs. Russian, etc.
Sabor Chapin in Burien serves Guatemalan fare, according to two emigres I quizzed.
There is another Kenyan restaurant that I think is more specifically so than Karama; this is Uhuru, in Kent. I was told that the African nightclub near Key Arena served Ghanian food, but I never visited, can’t recall its name, and it may have closed.
I had thought that Petra Mediterranean Bistro in Belltown served at least one or two Jordanian specialties but cannot confirm that.
I believe that “African Restaurant” has closed, but Columbia City is slated to have not one but two new Senegalese restaurants in the near term: La Ternanga, and a new venture by the chef formerly of now-defunct Afrikando Afrikando.
I can’t detect from the web what is Costa Rican about Tiko Riko, except for the reference in the name itself. Do you know?
It is probably just academic to mention that Singaporean items overlap with Malaysian. It is purely historical to mention that shuttered Geneva Restaurant used to serve some Swiss food (that my opera-singing late uncle loved).
Looking back over the list again, I personally would most enjoy Tunisian, Uzbek, Yemenite and Portuguese food (I could wax at length about Seabra’s Marisqueria of Newark), but at least we now have a real Lebanese right?
